When booking a salon service, we ask that you leave some detailed notes on your current hair and what you are looking to have done when booking your service. The online booking program will give you the option to do so under "Special Instructions". This will ensure us that the stylist has the appropriate amount of time for your service required. If there is a service you were hoping to book from our menu but you do not see it on our website, please contact us directly.
"No Show" Policy:
If you do not show up to a scheduled appointment twice within a six month period you will be required to prepay 50% of your service to book again, which will be a non-refundable deposit. As long as you call or email to cancel your appointment ahead of time, there will be no charge.
