​COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

PUBLIC GUIDELINES:
  • A non-medical mask must be worn to enter our salon & spa for services or to purchase product. Masks will be available to purchase.
  • No walk-ins. Please call, email, or book online to reserve your spot.
  • One person is permitted to enter our space at a time. Please wait to be waved in and line up outside of our doors in the lobby area.
  • Come alone. No one is allowed into the salon or spa who is not having a service at that time.
  • Children under 8 years of age and/or who cannot have a service unaccompanied or anyone not able to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment will not be able to book/receive a service.
  • Arrive on time (no more then 5 mins early or late) for your scheduled appointment in order to avoid arriving at the same time as other scheduled clients and to avoid cancellation of your appointment. Your cosmetologist will be on a very tight schedule to allow for sanitation/disinfection protocol. If you are running behind please contact us ahead of time, but we may not be able to accommodate any lateness.
  • Everyone must wash their hands immediately upon entering with soap and water, following all hand washing protocols. Your cosmetologist will as well prior to your service.
  • High-risk services are restricted. This means no beard/mustache/brow trimming in the salon.
  • We will not be able to serve tea, coffee, or offer chocolate. You can bring your own beverage in. We are not able to dispose of your single use containers.
  • Do not touch retail displays; your service provider or guest services will assist you in collecting your purchase.
  • Follow all directions and notices when visiting the salon & spa.
  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Avoid washroom use if possible.
  • No hugs, handshakes, etc.
  • We encourage you to pay with debit or credit, but cash will still be accepted.
Re-schedule your appointment if you have been outside of Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, or Newfoundland in the last 14 days. You will also need to reschedule if you have travelled to or from New Brunswick in the last 14 days (as of January 9th, 2021) or if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.

Symptoms include: 
• fever (chills, sweats)
• cough or worsening of a previous cough
• sore throat
• headache
• shortness of breath
• muscle aches
• sneezing
• nasal congestion or runny nose
• hoarse voice
• diarrhea
• unusual fatigue
• loss of sense of smell or taste
• red, purple, or blueish lesions on the feet, toes or fingers without clear cause
